DISNEY'S SHOWCASE TIGGER'S FACE TEAPOT 2000 'Winnie the Pooh'

Unfortunately, When I purchased this Item, I didn't open the box it came in, and notice a decent size chip of the paint and top coat on the nose and tongue missing.
So this could be a fixer upper project for someone with knowledge of how to repair.
There is no indentation, just looks like the coating came off
Also it has some crazing
