Thanks for your interest in this, I am not a an expert but I have done some research on this VHS.
I recently picked this up at a estate sale. The person who passed was part of the "official fan club" which gave exclusive merchandise that they could purchase. This was a live recording of their 1993 Canada concert.

This was one of their last shows ever. The show is 90 min. long and is one of the best videos available. This cassette also includes clips from Nirvana's 2nd to last show ever, filmed in Milan, Italy. The songs titles are placed at the bottom of the screeen, and there are cool computer graphics. This video is rare and only available through Nirvana's home club, in seattle!!
